and «NONACID FRUITS» cannot be a compound because it does not exist a direct link between both.
Avoid the compound of food between families when this link does not exist.
Groups and items or only items comprise a family. Any connection between them covers the entire family.

It is very difficult to avert drinks during any meal, due to the early acquired habits, so if one cannot avoid it, drink only a maximum of 20 c.c. in meals and, if possible, not cold drinks. A warm camomile or lime tea would be a good choice.
