Type O

 
Type O can digest and metabolize meat with efficiency because they tend to have a high content of acid in their stomach.

However they should not ingest more than 170 grams of meat in every meal, and balance it with vegetables and fruits according to their blood type to avoid an excessive acidification of the blood which tends to cause ulcers and irritation of the stomach walls.

Type A

 
Just take a quick look at the picture above to see that it is not the most suggestive group for meat lovers and gives few options of choice.

A characteristic of people with blood type A is its low level of gastric acid in the stomach, by what should abstain from processed meat products such as, smoked or cured meats that can cause stomach cancer, feature that shares with type AB.

The replacement of meat by the appropriate fish consumption would be the most sensible.

Type B

One of the major problems that type B has, is to accustom completely to dispense with the chicken, which is harmful because contains a lectin with binding capacity to attack the bloodstream and cause potential stroke or immunodeficiencies.

Today, for many people, it is unthinkable to do without chicken, but if one belongs to group B, the best decision is to replace it with turkey or pheasant or quail or partridge; at the beginning,  it may cost but in the long run one appreciates it.

If one suffers from immunodeficiency, should then replace the turkey and beef meat by lamb, mutton or rabbit.
